TOILET REPLACEMEMT PROJECT:
Jared P and Steven V arrived on time. Both were very pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. I remembered Jared as soon as I saw him. They both listened as I explained the issues with the toilet. Jared understood my concerns and provided remedy options with estimates. Jared made sure I understood his recommendations. Jared and Steven went straight to work as they carefully explained the process and expected outcomes. When the installation was complete, Jared tested the installation several times and made sure everything was working properly. Jared and Steven work very well together as a team.
