Introducing Binsky ProCare

Systems rarely quit on a mild spring afternoon. The furnace gives out during the first hard freeze. The water heater lets go the weekend company arrives. The generator that sat untouched for two years refuses to start the night the power goes out.

ProCare is our home maintenance plan built to catch those problems while they are still small and inexpensive. One membership covers regular maintenance for your heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical system, and standby generator, and every member gets 10% off all services and replacements.

Most of the costly repairs we get called out for started as something minor that nobody caught. Proper maintenance is how you stay ahead of that.

Pick the Plan That Fits Your Home

Most homeowners do best with one of our two Whole Home plans. Both include one HVAC system, and both bundle the care your home needs into a single monthly payment.

Whole Home ProCare, No Generator

$26.95 per month

Covers HVAC (one system), plumbing, and electrical maintenance. This is the plan we recommend for most homes.

Whole Home ProCare, With Generator

$49.95 per month

Covers HVAC (one system), plumbing, electrical, and generator maintenance. If you have a standby generator, this keeps it on the same care schedule as everything else in your home.

Build Your Own Plan

Some homeowners want coverage for one system and nothing else. That works too.

Think of It Like Oil Changes for Your House

Nobody buys a new car and then skips oil changes for five years. You know what happens. The equipment in your home works the same way, and it represents a bigger investment than most vehicles in the driveway. A furnace, an air conditioner, a water heater, and an electrical panel all have moving parts, filters, and connections that need attention on a schedule.

The difference is that a car warns you. Home equipment tends to run quietly right up until the morning it does not run at all.

What We Actually Do During a Visit

HVAC Maintenance Plan Visits

Your HVAC maintenance plan includes two visits per year, one in spring for the cooling system and one in fall for the furnace. A technician checks refrigerant levels, tests electrical connections and safety controls, clears the condensate drain, confirms proper airflow, inspects the heat exchanger, checks filters, and cleans the coils.

Dirty coils and restricted airflow force an air conditioner to run longer for the same result. That shows up on your energy bill months before it shows up as a breakdown, and it shortens the life of the equipment while it does.

Plumbing Maintenance

Plumbing maintenance is mostly about finding slow problems early. We inspect visible supply lines and drains, check water pressure, look over the water heater and flush it as needed, test shutoff valves, and check for signs of hidden leaks. A pinhole leak behind a wall costs very little to fix in March and quite a lot to fix after it has soaked a ceiling.

Electrical Inspections

Homes built decades ago were not wired for today’s appliances, EV chargers, and home offices. During an electrical inspection we look over the panel and breakers, check for loose or overheated connections, test GFCI and AFCI protection, and examine outlets and switches. Warm cover plates and breakers that trip for no clear reason are worth catching early, and most electrical repairs found this way are small ones.

Generator Maintenance

A standby generator is only useful if it starts. Generator maintenance covers engine oil and filter service, battery testing, spark plug and valve inspection, a load test, and a check of the transfer switch and key components. Engines that sit idle for months are the ones most likely to fail under load, which is exactly when you need them.

We make sure the unit will carry your heat, refrigeration, sump pump, and any medical equipment through a long outage instead of quitting in the first hour.

Why Homeowners Stay With Binsky

We have been taking care of homes across New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania for generations, and most of our work comes from people who called us once and kept our number. Our technicians are trained, background-checked, and paid to do the job right rather than to sell you something on the way out. If a part has years left in it, we will tell you that. If a system is genuinely near the end, we will tell you that too, and show you why.

When something goes wrong at your house, Binsky’s your guy.

How ProCare Works

  1. Tell us about your home. How many HVAC systems, whether you have a generator, and what has been giving you trouble.

  2. We recommend a plan. Usually one of the two Whole Home options, adjusted for the number of systems you have.

  3. We schedule your visits. We reach out when it is time, so you are not the one keeping track.

  4. Your discount kicks in. From day one, members get 10% off all services and replacements.

What Membership Gets You

  • Two HVAC checks per year, timed ahead of summer and winter

  • 10% off all services and replacements, including major work

  • Priority service scheduling when you need us in a hurry

  • Small repairs found early, before they become costly repairs

  • Equipment that runs closer to its rated efficiency, which keeps energy costs down

  • Longer life out of the systems you already paid for

  • Less downtime during the weeks you can least afford it

  • One predictable monthly payment that fits a household budget

Maintenance Plan FAQs

Yes, and it matters more than most people expect. Nearly every manufacturer requires documented annual maintenance to keep the warranty valid. Skipping it can leave you paying out of pocket for a repair that should have been covered.

Coverage starts at $14.95 per month for the HVAC maintenance plan with two visits. Whole Home ProCare is $26.95 per month without generator coverage and $49.95 per month with it.

It applies to all services and replacements. On a larger job like a new furnace or a panel upgrade, that discount alone can cover several years of membership.

Add $7.95 per month for each system beyond the first. This is common in homes with a finished basement, a large addition, or separate upstairs and downstairs zones.

No. ProCare covers your scheduled maintenance visits and takes 10% off any work you need. It does not function as labor coverage or an extended warranty, though the service records we keep often help when you file a manufacturer warranty claim.

You can. Plenty of homeowners start with HVAC and add plumbing, electrical, or generator maintenance once they see how the visits go.

No. We contact you when your visit comes due and work around your schedule.

We report what we find and explain what is urgent, what should be watched, and what can wait. Homeowners keep us for decades because that is how we operate.

ProCare replaces the Partner Plan. Give us a call and we will walk you through your options and make sure nothing lapses.
